These terms apply to your use of listerpedia.com (“Listerpedia”, “we”, “us”). Listerpedia is published by Business Game Changer Magazine, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) based in France. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Using Listerpedia

In short: Use the site for your own reading and enjoyment, and do not try to harm it.

You are welcome to read, share and discuss our lists. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms others;
• try to hack, overload or interfere with the site or its security;
• copy content from the site in bulk, whether by hand, scraper, bot or other automated means;
• post spam, malware or misleading links.

Our lists are opinions, not advice

In short: Rankings are our editorial view. For money, health, legal or other big decisions, talk to a qualified professional.

Our lists are written for general information and entertainment. Rankings are our honest editorial opinion, and reasonable people will disagree with them. Nothing on Listerpedia is financial, investment, legal, medical, tax or other professional advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account.

We work hard to be accurate, but facts, prices and availability change. Please check important details yourself, and speak to a qualified professional before making decisions about money, health or the law.

How we make our lists

In short: Research, editorial judgement and, sometimes, AI tools. A person checks everything before it goes live.

We research each topic and rank items using our own judgement. We sometimes use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. Every list is reviewed and edited by a person before it is published, and we take full responsibility for what appears on Listerpedia.

Our own products, always labelled

In short: Sometimes one of our own books, apps or platforms appears in a list. When it does, we say so right next to it.

The team behind Listerpedia also creates books, apps and online platforms. Occasionally one of them appears in a list where we believe it genuinely helps readers. Whenever this happens, the entry carries a clear disclosure next to it. No one else can pay for, or otherwise buy, a position in our rankings.

Advertising and affiliate links

In short: We may add ads or affiliate links in the future. They will be labelled and will never decide a ranking.

In the future we may show advertising or include affiliate links, which earn us a small commission if you buy something after clicking. If we do:

• affiliate links and sponsored content will be clearly labelled;
• you will not pay more because of them;
• they will never decide where something appears in a ranking.

Our Privacy Policy will be updated before any advertising partner is added.

Our content, and sharing it

In short: Share links freely and quote short extracts with a credit and a link. Ask us before republishing whole lists.

The text, rankings, design and logo of Listerpedia belong to Business Game Changer Magazine unless stated otherwise. Photos and images belong to their owners and are used under licence or with credit, for example images from Pixabay.

• You may share links to our lists and quote short extracts, as long as you credit Listerpedia and link back to the list.
• Please ask first before republishing a whole list, translating it, or using it commercially.
• Text and data mining: we reserve our rights under Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790. Using our content to train AI systems, or collecting it automatically for that purpose, is not allowed without our written permission.

Comments and ideas you send us

In short: Keep comments friendly and legal. We may moderate them. List ideas you send may inspire future lists.

When you post a comment you are responsible for it. Please do not post anything unlawful, hateful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, private about someone else, or purely promotional. We may edit, hide or remove comments that break these rules, and block repeat offenders.

By posting a comment you give us a free, non-exclusive permission to publish it on Listerpedia alongside the list. You keep ownership of what you wrote.

If you send us an idea for a list, we may use it, adapt it or combine it with our own ideas, without any obligation to pay for it or credit you, although we love to say thank you when we can.

Links to other websites

In short: We link to other sites to help you. We are not responsible for what they say or do.

Our lists often link to other websites, shops and services. We choose links carefully, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, prices or privacy practices.

Keeping the site running

In short: We aim to keep Listerpedia online, but we cannot promise it will never go down.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time, for example for maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free from errors.

Our responsibility to you

In short: We are responsible for what the law says we are, and your legal rights as a consumer always stay in place.

Listerpedia is free to use. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses that arise from relying on general information on the site, or from events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence or causing death or personal injury through negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

In short: If we update these terms, the date at the top changes. Using the site afterwards means you accept the new version.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version. If you keep using Listerpedia after a change, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, please contact us first, and we will do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly.
